It's evening and Tip's parents are going out for dinner. Tip and Tippy stay at home with the babysitter. But Tip isn't happy. He doesn't want a babysitter at all. All babysitters are evil and witches! No and no! But then someone knocks on the door, and Tip is surprised...it's not what he expected! The babysitter isn't a bad witch at all.
