Lucas thinks bathing is a waste of time! Célestin, on the other hand, loves taking showers. He advises Lucas to do the same. The boy claims that he doesn´t need to since he´s already clean. Lucas and his family are settling down on the beach during a trip to the sea. The sun is beating down, so Mom applies sunscreen on the kids. The latter jump into the water, hoping to get rid of it. Célestin has to explain to them how it´s extremely important for them to be protected when out in the sun.

Lucas is coming to play at Emma´s house. He immediately starts hanging from the rings and mocks Emma, who is warming up before using the trapeze. Lucas hurts his shoulder. Lucas is heading off to school. He only shoulders one strap of his backpack, which Dad reprimands him for. At school, the children are slouching at their desks. The teacher scolds them, explaining that people's bodies are shaped during childhood. It´s important to treat them with care.

Backpacks sure are heavy when filled with books and school supplies. But there must be a solution. For example, Célestin offers that using one book between two people means having a bag that´s two times lighter. The children think it´s a great idea and suggest it to their teacher.

Children Lucas´s age need at least 10 hours of sleep to feel refreshed the following day. But he thinks it´s too early for bedtime. A sleepy Célestin explains that he needs to sleep if he wants to grow taller, that dreaming is important, and that sleep brings counsel.

Having a well-balanced, varied diet is important. Lucas´s parents are categorical about not wanting him to go on a stroll with his class on an empty stomach. When Thomas starts feeling dizzy, Célestin reminds him of the importance of knowing when to stop and recharge, that is to say, eat a healthy snack.

Lucas has invited Emma and Huan over for supper. While out shopping with his Mom, neither can agree on the menu. Lucas complains to Célestin. Mom´s ideas are all bad: fruits instead of cake for dessert, chicken without fries. And a pile of vegetables! Célestin assures him that Mom is only thinking of their health and adds that well…

Snack time is over, but Emma, Thomas, and Lucas are still eating cookies in front of the TV, which attracts Woofy´s attention. Célestin tries to get them to understand that constantly eating sweet and salty snacks is bad for them: it can lead to obesity or cavities. Eating fruits is much better!

Huan´s mom has prepared an exotic feast for her daughter´s birthday. The children discover plenty of fruits, dishes, and drinks that they had never heard of before. Substances like alcohol and cigarettes are harmful. Certain people are unable to live without them, and it makes them sick. Célestin explains that it´s an addiction. It makes people lose their freedom to refuse. So it´s best never to start drinking or smoking.
