Raphaël meets the participants of the Pan-Canadian Youth Parliament. Over 100 young Francophones aged 16 to 25 take part in a parliamentary simulation that takes place directly on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. It is obvious that this parliamentary experience fosters group spirit, the feeling of Francophone belonging, political knowledge, democracy and leadership. It is a unique experience that favors a better future for the young people of today and for the adults of tomorrow!
