L'électricité, c'est de la chimie

Add to favorites

At the beginning of the 19th century, the battery had just been invented and it was thought that there were several types of electricity. Michael Faraday looked at the quantity of gas that emanated from water when a current was passed through it and thus defined the electrolysis of water. In 1833, he published his observations and stated his laws of electrolysis. Today, electrolysis processes are still used in industry.
