Marc Arseneau has gone from a sedentary person to an accomplished triathlete. Just 12 years ago, he didn't even own a bike. A surprisingly small detail when you consider his long record of sporting achievement. He is a regular on the podium, both in his native New Brunswick and internationally. A great sporting 180 with which he has not only regained his health, but also his smile.
