Tip has a cold and his mom decides to take him to Dr. Bigtail. But Tip doesn't want to go to the doctor, even though he knows Dr. Bigtail. He'll probably make him drink some bad-tasting medicine and pinch his nose. Tip tries to escape, but his attempt fails and Mom takes him to Dr. Bigtail.
