On a beautiful summer afternoon, at the foot of a hill behind the playground, the annual village festival is in full swing, with numerous market stalls and fun fair games. Tip, Jody and Betty make their way through these together. Tip prides himself on being good at games and winning prize after prize. But Tip realizes he's no good at games when he has to hit the target to knock Miguel into the water again.
