Zachary richard, toujours batailleur
The film explores Acadian resistance and resilience from past to present, following Zachary Richard as he travels around Acadia to the places where his ancestors lived. He will follow the movements of both his Richard line and his maternal Boudreau line. The locations of his ancestors' migrations include Nova Scotia's Port-Royal, Grand-Pré and Beaubassin (Amherst), Prince Edward Island's Malpèque, New Brunswick's Chipoudie (Riverside-Albert) and, last but not least, the escapes to the Acadian refugee camps at Cocagne, Miramichi and Restigouche.
