Didou and Yoko take advantage of spring to go have a picnic. Mr. Renard wishes a happy birthday to Didou and gives him a present. But no! It's not Didou's birthday and Monsieur Renard won't be able to make it in time for the party! Didou then has an idea: to build a bicycle to enable him to arrive on time for the birthday party.
