Starting high school is hard for everyone, but for Hannah Bradford, a 12-year-old transgender girl, it's a challenge, and perhaps her first opportunity to be herself, in the most authentic way possible. With the help of her friends Olivia, Jasmine and Natalie, and the support of her parents, she continues to learn how to navigate this new environment.

Hannah introduces us to the vocabulary of gender to better understand the plurality of experiences: biological sex, gender identity and gender expression. Through the series' characters, we come to understand the concepts of self-awareness, diversity and inclusion. But above all, we become attached to Hannah and her group, who allow us to take a fresh look at transgender realities! In this way, we can become actively involved in respecting diversity and taking part in the fight against exclusion.

Transferable skills to be developed through this series: problem-solving, critical thinking, communication and collaboration.
