Laughing is good for you!
Linda Leclerc is the founder of company Le Yoga du rire, in Outaouais, and she too once forgot how beneficial laughter could be. But an accident reminded her of the importance of laughter and inspired her to make a career out of it. Laughing is good for the body and the mind, and all it takes to reap its benefits is 12 to 15 minutes of laughter per day. And with a little bit of practice, we can all master our bursts of laughter and use them as therapy to beat the blues. No need to pay through the nose for a psychologist - just laugh it all away!
