Gwen Madiba - Gabon

Activist, model, seamstress, student and poet, Gwen Madiba is a true jack-of-all-trades. Originally from Gabon, she has lived through painful times, including the assassination of her father in 2006. Faced with the choice between the path of anguish and the path of transformation, she chose the latter, and quickly rose to the forefront of the new generation of leaders in the Canadian Francophonie.
