Ouh les amoureux!

In this episode, the children discuss the work The Kiss by Gustav Klimt. This painting represents the most famous kiss in art history. Klimt decided to rebel and move into modern art with more original, daring and shocking paintings. Gustav was the first to paint a kiss in this way, with his brand new style: the symbolism of love. Gold was often used by him to attract the eye. This work shows that love is something sacred, unique and merging.
