Raphaël meets a group of six interns who have come to help three cooperatives working in the shea sector. Shea butter and the beauty products derived from it are synonymous with hope for many women in the Ouagadougou region of Burkina Faso. Women help each other to produce products that will increase their financial powers as well as their rights to speak out. They are fighting for the younger generation. It is an episode full of human warmth, hard work with a vision of economic improvement!
