Food trucks are all the rage in Ottawa. Our host will meet with several francophone entrepreneurs who have embarked on this adventure. He will participate in the preparation of seafood in the Ad Mare Seafood truck. He will have the opportunity to participate on several occasions. He will make and learn how to roast the most appreciated delicacy of the Canadians; the marshmallow! In short, it's a real gustatory journey that we offer you!
