Distinguer droite et gauche
Distinguishing between the right and left hand is a learning process that takes time, practice and cognitive maturation. Generally, children rely on their dominant hand (especially the writing hand) to distinguish the left hand from the right hand. I also suggest in the video to draw colored dots on each hand in order to distinguish them and to be able to perform the exercises. When the distinction is well anchored on one's own body, it is not easy to project oneself to distinguish the right and the left of other objects. After distinguishing exercises on oneself, Master Lucas proposes to distinguish the left and the right of a character in different positions. In particular, he encourages you to put yourself in the position of the character in order to understand that the left and the right change position according to your own positioning. This work often requires a long training and one should not be discouraged if it takes several months. It is even more difficult to assimilate for dyslexic students.
