Electricité : conducteurs et isolants

After seeing the dangers of electricity, this video distinguishes between electrically conductive and insulating materials. The idea is to understand that a conductive material allows the current to flow. I then present several experiments that allow us to verify if an object can conduct electricity or not. From these experiments, we deduce that metals are good conductors of electricity. Plastic, paper, cloth and wood are insulators. Students also learn that a circuit will only allow current to flow if it is closed.
