Abdelamid Bouchnak studied at the School of Design Science and Technology in Tunis and studied cinema at the University of Montreal. In 2018, he directed his first feature film: Dachra, the first Tunisian horror movie. It was presented at the closing of the Venice Film Festival.

Patrice Balma was born in 1979 in Ouagadougou. After having been a street vendor, he began his training as a bronzier in 1998 with Ali Nikiéma, a recognized artist in Burkina Faso.

Senegalese multi-instrumentalist Stephen Ibaaku Bassene is one of the rising stars of the West African alternative scene. His afrohypnotic compositions combine traditional Casamance rhythms, samples, hip-hop, jazz, reggae, and voice.
