On June 2, 1928, to stop the damage caused by industrial logging, agronomist Ferdinand Larose dreamed big: to undertake a first plantation of conifers on abandoned farms near Bourget. Since then, more than 18 million trees have been planted and people come from all over the world to admire this majestic forest.
