A criminal uses one of Oscar's gadgets to wreak havoc on the city, resulting in Olive's expulsion from OSI. Later, Polly Graphe inexplicably closes her lemonade stand. Olive and Otto are called in to help.

After overfeeding the Obscuro agent plant, Olive and Otto must find a way to stop its growth before it invades the headquarters. Also, Otto is stuck in a video game. Olive must find a way to get him out of it.
