Mrs. O has been sprayed with a strange plant, which causes bizarre side effects. Olive and Otto must scour the city to find the right amount of ingredients to make the medicine that can cure her. All the while making sure Mrs. O doesn't find out what happened to her. Later, the only thing that could bring Orlando, Mrs. O's former colleague, out of retirement is the very reason he retired... an unsolved case that has haunted them for years: the return of a mysterious thief known as Timothy Gal.
