In Haiti, Marjolaine is about to meet Manman la mer for the first time. Surprised by her knowledge, Marjolaine discovers in her a gentle and wise grandmother. Later, Marjolaine attends a very special event and decides to join in. Finally, she witnesses a long-awaited reunion. Marjolaine joins her mother and Manman la mer when she discovers that she is the object of the reconciliation between these two women.
