François has great news for his family: he inherited his great-aunt Éléonore's house. In shock, Sam does not want to move and prefers his apartment. He doesn't know that he will soon make the acquaintance of the ghost of the house!

Edgar is overjoyed at the idea of ??having a new friend in Éléonore's house. But when François asks Sam to finish moving in his things, Edgar panics at the thought of these changes in his house.
