Edgar reveals the truth to Sam: he's a ghost. In shock, Sam decides he doesn't want the room he wished for anymore. Even worse, he will now have to share it!

Sam's friend, Alice, visits him. Edgar is surprised to learn that a boy would play with a girl. He decides to subject Alice to a series of tests.

Gaël visits his new neighbour Sam. Panicked, Edgar declares that Sam is in danger and tries to warn him.

Madame Kelleur looks for a way to convince the Chicotte family to leave the house of misfortune. She finds an ally who, despite himself, lends himself to the game.

Sam is ill and his mother promises to take care of him, although she is babysitting Lili for the day. Alice offers to help and Edgar is not very happy.

Edgar is away for the day. Sam is very happy, because it gives him all day to decode the secret message. He invites Sacha to his house while Madame Kelleur looks after them.

Alice's half-sister, Cri-Cri, visits her. Sam is disappointed because Edgar is absent and now is the best time to investigate. In the cabin, Sam drops Edgar's telescope and must find a solution.

Edgar reveals to Sam the surprises his parents bought him, which leads to an argument between the two friends. Alice makes discoveries about Madame Kelleur.
