When the alarm system is triggered at the headquarters, Olive, Otto, Mrs. O and Oscar must overcome a series of traps to turn it off. Olive and Otto are completely covered in mud and dead leaves. A young recruit follows Olive and Otto into the OSI Training Program. When he runs away, Olive and Otto must locate him before Mrs. O finds out. Later, Olive and Otto must stop Aplatem, a villain with a grudge against cubes.

Olive and Otto must solve the case of a group of people who have been turned into puppets. With the help of OSI, Debbie at Home and Douglas Delivery put aside their differences to find out why their food is disappearing.

The dinosaurs escape from the dinosaur room causing panic and destruction throughout the headquarters. Afterwards, Otto and Olive must go back in time to prevent the catastrophe from happening.

Otto starts to shrink. Olive and Ovide go in search of the legendary Growth Potato to cure Otto of the shrinking effect. Afterwards, Mrs. O tells Olive and Otto about the circumstances under which she became a member of OSI.

One of the members of Sonic Chic is missing! Olive and Otto must find him to reunite the band before a mega concert he is to give. In addition, all the members of OSI are suffering from acute synchronicity and it is up to Oscar and Doctor O to save the day.
