In this Christmas-themed episode, Olive and Otto help Santa find his accidentally shrunken reindeer. Plus, Oscar must help Mrs. O do more good deeds than bad to get her name off Santa's naughty list.

Mayor Aimee Tropole is stricken with acute songitis; Olive and Otto must find out why before the mayor loses his job. Then, when a Mrs. O. from the past arrives at the office, Otto and Oscar must send her back to the day she came from in order to avoid a time-disaster.

Olive has caught the bouncers and disappears; therefore, Agent Apprentice Otto will have to solve a case by himself for the first time. Otto rushes to finish a case in order to go see the show of his favorite magician, the Great Grinaldi.

At headquarters, Otto accidentally sets 100 small furry creatures loose. He has to get Oscar to capture them before Mrs. O realizes it. In addition, Mrs. O recalls an episode from the past and tells us how she managed to defeat a villain when she was an agent.

Characters are escaping from the library books so Olive and Otto must figure out the how, the why and put a stop to it. Later, Mrs. O has an important briefcase stolen by a Metaform, and Olive and Otto must recover it.

Agents Odin and Orelie have been promoted to another O.S.I. office! More importantly, their incredibly sophisticated and super comfortable office chairs are now available.
