Mikey et Faith

Mikey grew up with parents who both suffered from severe mental illness. He was often hungry and missed a lot of school. Mikey's Mon:24 was to meet an aunt he didn't know he had. She encouraged and supported his passion for skateboarding, and it paid off when he first won state and then national titles.

Faith was born in the Philippines, but has also lived extensively in the Middle East and Australia. Her escape has always been music. Her Mon:24 was the day she was told she was one of six finalists in the triple J unearthed initiative, aimed at discovering and sharing the best new Australian music.
