Sam was 17 when his whole outlook on life changed after saving a man from drowning.

There was a time when Makhala was shy, quiet and tormented. Anxiety and depression led to the onset of anorexia when she was in her early teens. Her Mon:24 came when she met a fragile horse named Karma.
