On an outing to the town park, Frankie borrows Katya's magic wand without permission and accidentally brings the painted horses on the merry-go-round to life. Frankie and the other Super Monsters must work together and use their super powers to catch the colorful, carefree ponies, while Katya tries to remember the incantation that will fix the wand and bring the painted horses back to where they belong.
