On an outing to the amusement park, Lobo and Glorb are determined to ride all the rides in one evening even if it means breaking the rules! At first, it's fun to sneak away from their group, but when Glorb gets stuck on the Ferris wheel, Lobo finally realizes that the rules aren't there to keep them from having fun; the rules are there to keep them safe.
