Nadia and Caro are making sugar cookies and it's funny, because there's not that much sugar in the recipe... 'Is it because the sugar lobby hasn't gotten involved yet?' 'The what!?' We then learn what lobbying is and how lobby groups can have influence with governments... This can lead to regulations that are not strict enough, like the sugar in prepared foods that we buy at the store. We gradually replace all the flour in the recipe with sugar! The result is far from healthy... or even appetizing! When it comes to lobbying, you need balance, clear rules... and a good sugar cookie recipe.
