Le yoga des enfants
_Le yoga des enfants_ is a 26-part series that allows students to stretch their muscles and relax. Through playful exercises and different postures, they will discover that physical and mental well-being can be blended to feel good in body and mind. The series can help teachers develop young children's vocabulary related to the parts of the human body (knee, foot, head, elbow, arm, etc.). It can also allow students to participate in a variety of discussions related to the videos they watched (what they saw and heard, what they liked, what they would like to learn next time, etc.). Videos are also perfect tools for physical education classes: students will learn new postures, get their bodies moving and practice breathing better. _Le yoga des enfants_ will allow students to develop some transferable skills. The videos will help them to expand their vocabulary and encourage them to communicate.
