Toronto, ville accessible? Ma journée en fauteuil roulant
Imagine doing all your daily chores and getting around town with reduced mobility. This is the challenge set by Toronto vlogger Julie Desgagnés, who will spend the day in a wheelchair. The goal: to experience the various barriers faced by people with disabilities. During her journey, she will also meet people who are trying to make things happen. In Ontario, one in seven people live with a disability, a figure that will only increase as the population ages. Will our infrastructures be able to adapt to our needs?
