A Moroccan engineer gives up his career to become a writer. Much to the surprise of those around him, Soufiane Chakkouche has succeeded in getting the very first crime novel published in his native country. Despite a difficult start, Soufiane has no regrets about this drastic career change. Today, he lives with his family in Toronto, where he earns his living from his writing.
