Two former officials have found a tailor-made challenge in Prince Edward County. Sylvain Segard and Wilma Vreeswijk decided to take advantage of their retirement to set up a successful lavender and honey farm. They work seven days a week, producing mead from their own bees' honey. And they still can't believe how happy they are.
