A self-taught chef tames his native origins one dish at a time. At the age of 14, Stéphane Levac learned he was from the M'Chigeeng First Nation. His quest for identity took him from Northern Ontario to the Maritimes. Passionate about discovering new flavors, it was behind the stove that he discovered his true nature.
