In this episode, discover the story of 10-year-old Hervé Junior, who lives in Hamilton, Ontario, known as the waterfall capital of the world. Hervé Junior, while proud to be Canadian, also shows his attachment to his roots and the heritage of his native Cameroon.
Hervé Junior spends his time with his family dancing the benskin in his beautiful traditional Cameroonian outfit, the gandoura, worn for major ceremonies and festivities. We see him playing a strategic board game, ludo, which is very popular in Africa with his family, and which amuses young and old alike. He also talks about his favorite dish, koki, the ingredients that go into it and how to cook it.
