Vente de garage pas d'garage

On her way to pick up the classified ads in the newspaper, Zeina meets Francisco. After several harrowing apartment visits, Uncle Georges suggests asking Father El Khouri at the Monastery of Saint-Antoine le Grand for help. With his help, the family moves into a cooperative apartment. Fady is very embarrassed by his shoes, his family being modest and thrifty. He fears he'll be the laughing stock of his new school if he doesn't have nice, fashionable shoes. On Christian's advice, Fady decides to organize a garage sale so that he too can get the right shoes to live in Canada. He soon regrets his action, however, when his father realizes that he has sold the chair in which Samir had hidden all the family savings.
